BIOGRAPHY
Christina is an Ottawa native who began her acting career in 2001 when she was introduced to the industry of film and television through her friend Bill. Her first job was as a background performer on The Endless Grind. This is when she knew she wanted to pursue acting. She enrolled in an acting class and obtained furthur roles as a background performer to gain experience on set. The next step was to get an actor role. He first actor roles was as a housekeeper and a front desk associate for a corporate video for a Marriott hotel.  This lead to her first principle role as Curlilocks for the same hotel. She felt she was ready to continue auditioning for principle roles, so she auditioned for the film The Before Guy and she got the part. Once this project was completed, she had a principle role as a police officer in Sinner thanks to director/writer Daniel Cardinal. In 2003 Christina felt she was ready to find an agent in Toronto to expand her possibilities. Her search ended after only a few days. Christina made her first commercial in December 2003. It was for the Hudson's Bay Company (The Bay/Home Outfitters) gift registry and the commercial was aired nationally. She had her first lesbian role in Queer as Folk in January which is currently airing on Showcase in Canada and Showtime in the U.S. She can be seen on CTV in Sex Files in 2004 and 2005. Christina intends to continue acting and hopefully begin obtaining larger roles. She is determined and willing to devote herself entirely to her acting career. With the help of a few good headshots and a great agent in Ottawa, Christina hopes to expand her resume.  Christina is an ACTRA apprentice member and she has studied with ACT Ottawa and Sears and Switzer in Toronto. Look for furthur updates because this is a girl who won't give up!
